We’re hiring! Kirkendall Design is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to help grow our brand presence and support marketing efforts.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great marketing goes beyond pretty images—it’s about thoughtful storytelling, strategic positioning, and connecting with the right luxury client.
What we’re looking for:
- storytelling – loves creative writing and storytelling
- brand voice & positioning – able to speak to our ideal client
- able to write in a refined, professional tone that aligns with a luxury brand
- understands how to speak to high-end homeowners and design clients
- loves interior design – loves all things architecture, design & home
- platform knowledge – able to identify and execute trends that speak to our ideal client and understands the ever-changing algorithm and how it favors certain types of content
- marketing awareness – understands how social media supports overall marketing goals and able to identify what content drives engagement vs qualified leads
- graphic design skills – has technical skills to create visually elevated content for posts and reels
- organization & content planning – create and manage content calendar, batch content and stay ahead of schedule
- strategy & performance metrics – ability to set and track meaningful metrics and works well with set systems and processes
