THE PROCESS
- Intake Form. When you gift our Design Concierge service, the recipient will begin by completing a design request form and sharing photos and measurements of their space.
- 1.5-Hour Consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss their design goals, offer direction for their project, and provide expert advice.
- Personalized Design Plan. Within 10 working days of the consultation, we will create a mood board, design recommendations, and a customized shopping list to help bring their vision to life.
- Purchasing Items. The recipient can order items through our exclusive vendors or shop elsewhere. (Please note: If they choose to shop elsewhere, they will be responsible for ordering, expediting, and receiving all items.)
- Installation & Styling. For an additional fee, we offer assistance with installation and styling once all items have been received
