What type of project is right for Design Concierge?
Design Concierge is ideal for clients who want expert guidance with design decisions but prefer to handle the purchasing and styling on their own. We provide a digital moodboard with shoppable links, and you bring the design to life at your own pace. Perfect for a single room, furniture selections, styling, or finishing touches.
What will I walk away with?
A curated digital moodboard with clickable links to recommended items, plus a 1.5-hour in-studio consultation to review the plan and get expert advice.
What will be included in my moodboard?
Your moodboard will focus on FF&E selections—that stands for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. In simple terms, we’re giving your options for the key pieces that complete your space.
Depending on your needs, your digital moodboard may include:
- Furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, beds, etc.)
- Rugs
- Lighting (lamps, pendants, or sconces)
- Paint color suggestions
- Art, mirrors, and accessories
- Styling accents (pillows, throws, greenery)
This service does not include construction, but we’ll guide you on layout and sourcing items to help your room feel cohesive and finished.
Can I get different options or make changes?
During your in-studio presentation, you’ll have the chance to review everything. We’ll make a few live adjustments together if needed. Any design work beyond this scope would be quoted separately.
What if I need help ordering or managing deliveries?
We’re happy to help! We can handle ordering and coordination for you with an added procurement fee.
Can I request an in-home visit instead of coming to the Studio?
Yes! A site visit can be added for an additional fee.
How do I prepare for the service?
Once you book, we’ll email you instructions on how to send room photos, measurements, and a simple budget guideline.
How long will the process take?
Once we receive your photos, measurements, and budget, we’ll need 10 business days to finalize your moodboard. After that, we’ll schedule your in-studio consultation.
