New Construction
This comprehensive package offers design and construction services for residential or commercial spaces. Design fees are based on floor plans, specifications, allowances, and historical data. This package also includes selection and installation of furniture, rugs, art, accessories, and textiles.

Design Concierge
This service offers a personalized design concierge experience, providing support for your specific design objectives and preferences. This service is ideal for individuals who wish to lead the project themselves but desire expert guidance to avoid potential missteps. With our support, you can confidently bring your vision to life and create a space that truly reflects your style and personality.
How it works:
- 1.5 hour consultation in the Studio
- Before the consultation, you will complete a design request form and provide photos and measurements of your space
- During the consultation, we will discuss your design goals and provide direction for your project
- We will create a mood board and provide you with a personalized shopping list (within 10 working days of the consultation)
- You can order items through our exclusive vendors or shop elsewhere (Please note: If you shop elsewhere, you will be responsible for ordering, expediting, and receiving all items)
